Terms of sale

These terms apply to consumer purchases in the marabika.lt online shop.

1. Seller and contacts

The seller at marabika.lt is MB MARABIKA, company code 305762609, VAT number LT100014439919, registered office Algirdo g. 85-71, LT-03235 Vilnius, Lithuania.

2. Order and contract

Product pages and checkout show essential characteristics, the total price including taxes, delivery costs and methods, and payment methods. The buyer can review and correct data before ordering.

By using the button that clearly indicates an obligation to pay, the buyer places a binding order. The contract is concluded when MARABIKA electronically accepts it. The order confirmation and contract information are sent to the supplied email on a durable medium. Later changes to these terms do not apply retroactively.

3. Prices, payment and availability

Consumer prices include applicable taxes. The final total including delivery is shown before ordering. Payment is made through the method and payment provider shown at checkout.

If an objective availability issue or obvious price error is found, we promptly contact the buyer. No substitution is made without consent. If cancelled, payments are refunded promptly through the original method.

4. Delivery and risk

Available delivery methods, costs and estimates are displayed at checkout. Unless otherwise agreed, delivery is made without undue delay and no later than 30 days after conclusion.

Risk passes when the consumer, or a named third party other than the carrier, physically receives the goods. Reporting transport damage promptly helps, but does not limit statutory rights.

5. Withdrawal, returns and guarantee

The 14-day withdrawal right, the additional 14 days for dispatch, refunds, exceptions and model form are in Returns and legal guarantee. The online function may also be used.

There is no blanket no-return rule for perfume or cosmetics. Statutory exceptions apply only on their precise conditions. The seller is liable for lack of conformity appearing within two years after delivery; the consumer must notify the seller within two months after discovery. The seller bears necessary return costs for defective goods.

6. Complaints and disputes

First write to orders@marabika.lt or MB MARABIKA, Algirdo g. 85-71, LT-03235 Vilnius with the order, circumstances and requested remedy. We provide a reasoned response within 14 calendar days.

7. Privacy and applicable law

Personal data processing is described in the separate Privacy policy. Acceptance of the sales terms is not marketing consent or blanket consent to data processing.

Lithuanian law applies. This choice does not deprive consumers of mandatory protection under the law of their country of habitual residence. Nothing here limits mandatory consumer rights or liability that cannot legally be limited.
