Who writes reviews and are purchases verified?

Both signed-in customers and guests can leave a review, so we do not check each review against a purchase and do not claim that all published reviews come from consumers who actually bought or used the product. What we do to help keep reviews genuine: – each review is linked to a specific product and published with its submission date; – we do not approve reviews containing spam, advertising, links, insults, other people’s personal data, or content unrelated to the product; – some reviews come from registered customer accounts and some from guests. Are negative reviews removed?
We manually review every review before publishing it, usually within 1–3 working days.
