Available in this language: 3,969I received this perfume today. What can I say? The first impression is frightening and off-putting. Smelling it feels as if a bullet has passed straight through you and your whole body is in shock. Then come aromas of raisins and wood, later hashish, and finally agarwood settles calmly and luxuriously on the skin. This is my first perfume from this online shop, but certainly not my last. 10/10

As the name Interlude suggests, it feels mysterious and meditative. I close my eyes and find myself inside an Egyptian pyramid amid aged fine tobacco, incense smoke, mummy wax, warm burning candles, old precious wood, and fabrics. It seems a pharaoh might awaken from a thousand-year sleep, angered that I disturbed his peace and inhaled his eternal dwelling. I felt small and unready for this scent; it took several days to grow accustomed to it and realize that I like it very, very much.

Atsiduriu egipto piramidės viduje, padvelkia amžinos prabangos dvelksmas, įsisenėjusio prabangaus tabako ir smilkalų dūmų, mumijų vaško, degančių žvakių šilumos, senos prabangios medienos ir audinių kvapų mišinys, mane nukrečia šiurpas, rodos tuoj, tuoj pabus koks faraonas iš tūkstantmečius trukusio miego ir užsirūstins, kad sutrikdžiau jo ramybę, kad drįsau įkvėpti gurkšnelį amžinos jo buveinės aromato… Pasijutau toks mažytis ir nepribrendęs šitam aromatui, prireikė keleto dienų, kol apsipratau su juo ir supratau, kad jis man labai labai patinka.

Then you suddenly realize: this is a drug, the scent of sin. No wonder the composition features cannabis, coffee, tobacco, and incense. How can you describe it to someone who has never experienced it? :) It is a dangerous but noble weapon—a rapier or stiletto rather than a knife. It intoxicates not like flowers, but like a black night full of wild passion, danger, and overflowing adrenaline. It accepts no chains, rules, or forbidden sin; it rules me, you, and the world. Black Afgano seems more suited to men, though I am not certain and would like to smell what it “says” on a woman. It is luxurious, alluring, and frightening, hypnotizing like a snake staring at a small bird—a scent some will adore fiercely and others will hate.
